Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

For expenses on petrol, etc. Used across the company. It addresses expenses.

Pros

  • I can't think of things it does particularly well.

Cons

  • It could retain information of postcodes you often go to.
  • The process of adding on a receipt could be simplified.
  • The information retained in the profile could come through rather than adding in a few sections each time you add in an expense.
  • The view could be improved on.
It does what it says it does just to the user could be simplified. It also crashes out and loses what has been inputted if not pre-saved.
I had issues and the support was great and sorted it straight away.
