Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used across all our business, and simplifies the expenses system with paper and is so much easier to have signed off. Downloading receipts is so easy, even if you use the app, just sign into the app take a photo and download your receipt entering what it’s for it’s that easy

Pros

  • Accurate mileage. No need to use Google Maps, just put the postcode in.
  • Stores all your receipts.
  • Adds up everything, no need for calculators.

Cons

  • It is perfect for my needs, and have not come across anything that doesn't work.
  • It would be great if it ready the cost of the receipt and inputted the cost
  • It has saved a lot of time in all areas
Once I was shown how to use Webexpenses, it was easy to use or you can watch the easy to use tutorial.
Claims submission and approval is very easy.
It meets all our company requirements
