Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to claim travel and out-of-office expenses. It is easy to use and claims can be completed via a mobile phone APP. I create a claim on the app and central finance process it and I get reimbursed for the work-related expenditure.

Pros

  • Clearly displays sections that need completing
  • Easy to use layout
  • Simple to submit
  • Connecting receipts to expenses

Cons

  • The adding a receipt function is a bit clunky but doesn't matter too much.
  • Better visibility
  • Tighter expense control
I have never had a problem with using it and the ability to claim vian the mobile makes it so much better than the last program we used.
Its good
I have used the app to claim rather than doing claims on desktops, this has meant I can claim anywhere, whilst waiting in a queue or whilst relaxing somewhere.
I need to be able to claim for work related expenses, easily and accurately. It fulfils all of my needs.
It is much more user friendly. It has the ability to claim via the app. Expenses used to take so much time and now they don't.
