Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used to reimburse expenses for bills incurred during company-related duties such as travel, relocation, team events, work-from-home-related expenses, etc. As far as I know, it is used across the whole organisation. It addresses the business problems of HR and accounting and eases any expenses across the company offices in different countries.

The website actually looks like something from the early 2000's. The buttons are very small, there are no separate pages so no Back/Forward functionality, the receipt upload process is abysmal, there are two extra steps to each and every process for some reason.
I have used Webexpenses to submit around 5-10 claims for expenses. I have uploaded receipts for each of them and I have received approval and eventually payment.
I did not set any requirements or participated in any way in the process of purchasing or approving the use of Webexpenses at my organisation.

Webexpenses is well-suited for its main use case, mainly requesting and approving expenses within the organisation. I can't think of any other way Webexpenses could be used.
