Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Webexpenses for submitting our travel expenses. The whole organization uses it.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Keeping track of receipts.
Matching receipts to expenses.
Relatively intuitive.

Cons

Pull down for items is limited for frequently used items.
When adding an attendee and click on Company, system always jumps up to the first attendee.
Mileage requires you to use the map instead of just putting in the miles.

Needs a bigger list of frequently used expense items in [the drop-down]. Should be able to put a start/stop location and just put in miles. Now, have to put in every address necessary which is kludgy when making multiple stops in a day. Need to fix the issue when putting in attendees that, clicking on company stays in that box instead of popping up to the first attendee.

No, I use it because I am required to by my company in order to get reimbursed.

Concur Travel and Expense

Much easier to use than Concur.

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall, Webexpenses works well for the type of expenses I have. Performance could be better. It needs to do a better job pointing out errors when you go to click submit. Right now, you have to search for what is incorrect if you hit submit and it doesn't go. I do like this application better than our prior application.
