Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use it for credit card expenses.
It is very complicated. Especially once a claim is created you want to add a receipt. By clicking on the items and searching for the correct combination, faulty multiple other claims are created in the process. That is a really frustrating experience. While said that I am well aware how to use developed IT systems.

    Hi Karolis, We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with using the system. In regards to the query about attaching a receipt, If the receipt is scanned, uploaded and the claim item is built. When you move on to the 'attach a receipt section the claim should be able to automatically pick up the relevant receipt to be attached.
