Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used across our whole organization to simplify and speed up the process of claiming business expenses and approving them. It cuts down massively on paper forms and allows our staff to digitize receipts as they receive them meaning less admin time at the month end. From a managerial perspective it is easy to review team members claims and a with a couple of clicks authorize them and forward onto finance for payment or query items and return to the employee to review / correct.

- Quick and easy digitizing of receipts using mobile phone camera.
- Overall view of team claims as well as historical data.
- The map functionality for mileage claims can be a little clunky - difficult to modify routes to take into account diversions or road closures.
- Improved productivity in the field teams by reducing the time they need to spend on admin tasks.
Very easy to learn and use. Can be given to a new starter and they'll be up and running in minutes. All functionality is within a simple mobile app - does require a smartphone and camera though so not much use if you're still using a Nokia 3310.
Never needed to use support - product is robust and stable.
We don't tend to automate approvals however we do use workflows to direct submissions to the correct managers for sign off and this works really well.
It's the perfect tool for the job.

Webexpenses is well suited to the employee who is constantly out and about as it allows expense claims to be created on the fly and submitted without the need for sitting down in an office and working through reams of paper work / forms. It lightens the load on managers as everything can be done from a mobile phone app or browser app.
