Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used across the organisation to process staff expense claims.

Pros

  • Easy-to-use interface.
  • Clear approval process.
  • Effective integration with finance system.

Cons

  • Clearer instructions on how to report VAT.
  • Integration of company policy rules.
  • Easing burden on an overstretched finance team.
Very comfortable and easy-to-use interface - very little room for improvement, but could do with some more detailed guidance within the claims area.
I have not used the customer support.

It is perfect for on-the-go expenses, such as subsistence when working away from the office, as well as larger expenses in lieu of using a company credit card.
