Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organization, stopped having to email different people for authorization. Can also see the process status of the claim.

It has a good-looking and clear interface but it can be a little hard to navigate around it at times and find where things are that you're looking to process. I struggled at first adding receipts to claims and it wasn't explained very well on how to do this.
We use Webexpenses to process payments on our store payment card. Before this, we would have to save the receipts of purchases and send them off through the post to our cash and banking team making it a lot easier and quicker. It also allows us to see all of the claims we have live/completed which was never an option before.
It helps us with auditing purposes and our colleagues really like using it for claims such as mileage as it is an efficient service compared to what we had before.

Mileage claim for journeys, Webexpenses lets you type in the postcode of the starting point and the postcode of where you traveled to and it automatically works out how many miles you've traveled and the amount that the claim will payout for you. You can track the progress of the claim throughout.
