Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is mainly used by our field sales team who need to make many claims such as subsistence, travel, etc. The phone app makes this very easy for them.

Webexpenses provides lots of functionality and allows customisation to our needs - this includes setting up spending limits, approval flows, journal generation, mileage rates, taxation, etc. The phone app is very easy to use, especially the SmartScan function. The support is truly excellent, always available and managed to resolve our queries, issues in very short timescales.
Customer service has always been excellent; whenever I needed help someone was available on the chat or phone and resolved the issue in very short time.
The main time savings are achieved by our sales force who can make their expense claims on the go, by simply snapping a picture of the receipt. This is very convenient as they are constantly on the move. The approval and processing times were also massively decreased.
We were mainly looking for a system that can cater for the switch to lower mileage rates after 10k miles claimed. Webexpenses implemented this perfectly with a wide range of other features that we found very useful. A good phone app was the other requirement, as our sales team needed a quick and easy way to create claims, save receipt images, etc.
We did not look for alternatives as Webexpenses ticked all the boxes from start.

The implementation was very easy thanks to the support we received from Webexpenses. Our sales team makes great use of the phone app; being able to create a claim from a single photo massively helps. It made the expense claims process much easier as well as now we always have a receipt image with the claims.
