Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

To allow us to claim for locum expenses.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Quick.
  • Safe.

Cons

  • Not easy to register as I had to play around until I figured it out. Might be as I had guidance from the organisation.
  • Time consuming.
It’s not easy to submit claims at the distance section. The whole thing looks complicated too which doesn’t help.
I have received no support even after contacting the company.
Not had a good experience so far. Time consuming.

Putting the claim in is not very easy at the point of adding to & from address Webexpenses could simplify the process and make it more intuitive to be honest. I’m not sure if it’s because I use my phone on the browser. Will try the app and see if it’s better.
