Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

My experience of Webexpenses is for staff to submit claims for legitimate business expenses - mileage, resources, food whilst on business trips, etc.
  • Easy access to in-progress claims.
  • The mobile app doesn't allow you to remove claim items added in error.
One bonus of Webexpenses is I can access it outside of my company environment - meaning I can take photos of receipts and upload them in real time for a future claim rather than having to worry about keeping the receipt/searching through old photos to find it.
It works, but is just a little fiddly at times.

The mobile app is missing some key functionality which means I have to find a laptop to log in on if I happen to make a mistake at any point in the process. This is frustrating.
