Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I use Webexpenses to claim my expenses. It is good but only when I know how to use it and upload claims. I had to ask my colleagues about the entire process. There should be training on that. The second thing, which I thought could be improved is that there should be a mail notification on when the payment will be processed or is done.

- Interface is user friendly.
- Log in is a bit slow.
- Training on the use of Webexpenses.
- Easy upload feature.
- With Webexpenses, there is a separate section for claims, which is good.
- The process of claim is also readily available is also there.
- There is no notification by when the reimbursements will come.
- There is no notification on payment claims.
Claims submission and expense approval are the two features I use in Webexpenses. But I would like to know about the other features as well. Once after getting familiar with the experience of using Webexpenses, the process was very smooth. The process is very easy and it actually takes less time.
