Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

As a user, I find the interface easy to use/interpret. I enter my expenses on a monthly basis. When entering expenses I rarely experience any issues.

Pros

  • Keeping me informed where my expenses are up to
  • Keeping track of expenses submitted
  • Really clean interface!!!!

Cons

  • Would like the ability to view additional details without clicking in to every claim
  • Interface looks dates
  • Would like better filters for the "My Claims Sections"
  • Unable to pass comment.
Really clean UI, love the process for submitting expenses. Perhaps instead of having loads of information on one page to submit expenses could have click-throughs, and could feel quicker and more intuitive.

Believe a little modernization around the web interface would be a killer. But aside from that overall, I think managing expenses is brilliant! I really like the ability to see where the expense claims are up too i.e open/submitted/approved and then keeping me informed with notification on paid etc is great!
