Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to submit my expense claims for work travel. It deals with the issue of submitting expense claims in electronic format nicely.
  • Makes it easy to upload photos of receipts
  • Makes it easy to see total amount of claim
  • Makes it easy to see status of expense claim
  • Interface is too cluttered
  • Weird aspect of having to confirm saving expense item before adding receipt
  • Layout of interface could be improved and simplified
  • Saves time for employees to submit expense claims
  • Removes pain of paper-based expense reimbursement
  • Allows automatic electronic recording and reporting of expense claims
Fairly easy and intuitive to use interface, with easy system for uploading photos/pdfs of receipts.
This isn't something I'm involved in as I'm an employee user of the system, but I know that our central university admin staff use Webexpenses to save time and automate all these activities
I didn't purchase the Webexpenses for the university, but ease-of-use for making claims and ability to process invoices and receipts and automate reporting were all factors in the university's decision to buy it
Webexpenses is similar to Concur in its abilities to handle expense claims electronically and receipt photos. The interface has similar usability.

Yes

It is good for submitting expense claims with not too many items, but in my opinion it is a bit of a pain for submitting claims with many items due to the numbers of clicks required to enter each item and the lack of an autocomplete/automatic fill-in in the interface for each item.
