Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webexpenses allows me to easily upload my receipts and track when I will be reimbursed for purchases I have made that are reimbursable through company policy. I am an end user, and have used various platforms in previous employment but I find Webexpenses to be be easy to use, efficient and time saving.

Dragging route takes me out of policy which is frustrating as the sat nav isnt always the best

Usability

Easy to use with minimal/no training. Easy to upload receipts and add them to the relevant expense, and it doesn't not take me long to do what I need to do.

I was not a purchaser - but an end user. From my perspective it is easy to use, quick and makes it easy for me to track my expenses.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for a business like ours where I am out and about on site a lot and need to add mileage in. The sat nav option is not always the most reliable, however. I find it easy to track what has been approved by my manager and then what has been approved for payment.

End of poor expense management for the end user!
