Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We are utilizing Webexpenses for staff employees and credit card transactions within our entity. Providing all employees a login to the platform. Our business has previous had an issue with complete Credit Card coding's and providing receipts, etc which has caused issues with entering transactions into Sage200. The timeliness of people completing the credit card coding was not up to standard and would cause issues with our Month End process.

Pros

  • Interaction with Sage200 with ease of importing into our software.
  • Implantation process with the Webexpenses team. Explain and are very patient
  • Rulings with each user as to what employee relates too a department, etc.
  • Setting rules that receipts have to be attached otherwise no claim would get put through
  • Email notifications for the claim throughout the process

Cons

  • Credit Card interaction
  • Easy of setting up credit card feed
  • Issue with Cost Centres and Departments which would not match in Sage
  • Timeliness of Reporting
  • Transparency of expenses
We are having issues with the credit card being automatically imported into Webexpenses. With other software there is an API release which makes it really easy to set up instead of emailing the Credit Card corporation and waiting for a response. Other than that the App and Website is extremely easy to use.
Absolutely amazing assistance. Our trainer, James, has been unbelievable and accessible throughout the process of training and even when we have implemented it to the team, still respond to questions, etc.
Previously have not used any.

Scenario such as our business is perfect. Especially where we have plenty of credit card holders who have there own credit card and make ease of importing into Sage200 and would automatically allocate a certain credit card number to a particular claimer, etc.
Pending on what the integration would be with other accounting software's would be the only reason as to why it would not be appropriate
