Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

My company uses Webexpenses for mileage and for reimbursement. This helps the company keep track of what still needs to be approved, and what has been approved or needs adjusting. It also helps with being able to track all payments, etc. I would recommend this site any day, that is how much it has helped my company and I.

I give Webexpenses this rating because it is very easy to learn and use. Within the first day of logging in and setting up my account, i had already learned how to input claims, start new ones, how to edit them, or submit or delete one. Any person, good or bad with technology, would be able to learn this website easily
it saves time because it tracks everything. it is not like the old days where everything was paper and you had to manually go through all receipts and write down and add up all numbers and factor everything together and then manually update any reports or the systems used to document. with Webexpenses, they do it all for you. this leaves more time to do other tasks
policy compliance, audits, traning, reports, easy use for employees and managers to approve.
Webexpenses is easier to use and understand to me and my colleagues. you literally can just look at the page and you can see the hwole graph of everything and the pie chart that is displayed so that you dont have to figure it out yourself

I would recommend Webexpenses to a colleague as well as other companies. It makes it easier to see what has been spent and what still needs to get approved. It is also really easy to use and understand, no more how good or bad you are at working with technology.
