Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

For personal expenses and mileage payments.

Pros

  • Very easy to navigate both the online page and the mobile app.
  • Easy to upload and save documents such as receipts.
  • Easy to see past, paid, pending, approved, rejected, or new claims.

Cons

  • Add a section on the approved claims that details when the payment will be made.
  • Add a quick chat help bot.
  • Allows me to save favourite locations, suppliers, or colleagues.
  • Controlling cost.
  • Tracking mileage.
  • Time savings - easy to use system.
I think this is an easy to use and effective system for expense management. I like how I can upload images and documents directly from my phone onto the mobile app. It's beneficial for continuity that the app and the web browser work the same, and I can save claims to come back to later if I wish.
I have not used the support function.
I believe Webexpenses is much more user-friendly than other similar systems. The mobile app mirrors the web browser, and the system works in exactly the same way, meaning I can use the app on the go and keep track of my expenses, ensuring I never miss one, as it can be added at the time. It's very easy to upload images and documents, and the system has not 'crashed' once while I have been using it.

It's great that it is very easy to add documents, such as receipts, in different document formats, including PDF and Word. I use the system throughout the month, and add the expense line into the claim when it happens, rather than doing it all at the same time at the end of the month - this helps me to keep track of expenses owed and miles driven throughout the month. It would be great if I were able to save regular locations when adding mileage.
