We use it to track the day to day records for expenses. Including Mileage, Parking, Hotel, Client Hospitality etc

- Track Journey Mileage
- Track Monthly Spend
- Keep Record of Receipts
- Gives an annual value for expenses
Cons
- It can take a while to load
- Mobile App glitches
- We used to have to submit expense claims on excel, with all receipts scanned over
- Applications ability to store receipts is helpful
