Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
To be able to submit claims for travelling to client meetings without having to do them all separately. I use it for a variety of purposes from meeting clients, visiting our offices around the East Midlands and attending events. It is also possible to add a passenger and features such as this help with making swift claims.

Claims submission process is much easier than if it was paperbased and less backwards and forwards with a line manager which could hold up or delay the payment of my expenses.
The system saves time and you can just do it at the end of the month instead of having to worry about completing the task after each meeting etc.
I have no idea but it is easy to make claims which makes me more willing to do it even if it is for say a £5 claim, which makes you as a user more happy with the service and end up with a better claim that fits the work you do and less aggravation with your employer.
