Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I use it on monthly basis to claim expenses, travel and for payments i make to fulfill my role as an assessor on the talent pathway. I work away a lot at events and have expenses from staying away from home. I also have to claim mileage for my travel to and from work, workshops and head office.
Pros

Cons
- its need to be easier to edit claims once they are entered
- it needs to be easier to add receipts to claims
- i only use it for my own expenses
- it is helpful to keep track of private expenses
I make claims each month, its fairly user friendly my claims are submitted monthly. They are approved by line managers promptly. They are process monthly and this is usually quick.
i have used a local govt expenses app which was not as user friendly as webexpenses
