Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use WebPT to schedule our patients and maintain their EMRs. WebPT is also being used to keep up with authorizations for patients, and we also use it to run various reports. These reports include but are not limited to Medicare reports, productivity reports, and plan of care reports. Our therapists use WebPT to document all notes and encounters with patients. There is so much that we use WebPT for at our company.

Cons

If a patient has more than one appointment, it sends out multiple patient reminders, which confuses several patients about which time to be here.
If a patient has more than one discipline, it does not combine the copays. It shows a copay or coinsurance for each discipline.
The system has been going out a lot here lately.

We are able to see out productivity from last year to now
The patients do not seem to be effected in a negative way
It improves productivity

WebPT is the only system that I have used in an administrative setting since I have been in this career field.

WebPT is overall a decent system but sometimes, for the amount of money that is spent every month for each provider, I feel like it should be going down a lot less.
