Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT as our EMR and our Billing System. I use the clerical portion as well as the billing portion of the system.
  • User-friendly environment
  • Scheduling
  • Demographics
  • Only option is for 2 insurances within WebPT, would like to be able to add a third
  • Would like to be able to set an End Date for insurance, to allow for a new insurance to be added to the same case
  • Would like to be able to view more detail in billing regarding payments, etc.
  • MIPS- has had issues since April and still not resolved
  • Would like to receive incoming faxes
  • WebPT has had an overall positive impact on our business, our AR is 10% and below
  • Analytics is a wonderful tool that provides much feedback that we share with our team and individuals on productivity
  • Our clean claim rate remains consistently at 99% and above
Our reason for moving to WebPT revolved around Accounts Receivable. The platform, as I mentioned before, is very user-friendly, but our draw was to your billing and AR team.
The safeguards in place do a great job of stopping the therapist from signing off if there is an issue. This is due to the set up within WebPT.
Raintree has a great platform and has options that WebPT does not have such as heavy accountability for support staff. We could review work performed based on the user. I would love to see this in WebPT. When you have 30 support staff that works within your system, it would be a tremendous help to be able to find errors and go back to the individual and train on the areas where improvement is needed and hold them accountable to standard work. Raintree could also allow for an end date on insurance which made it easy to bill out the correct insurance based on the start and end dates. The Documentation side of Raintree was extensive and easy for the providers to document. For me, I really love WebPT but would love to have these areas addressed, which would bring the clerical side to a much higher level. Clinicient, we considered, and we really liked many areas of Clinicient but were drawn to the AR side of WebPT.

Do you think WebPT delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with WebPT's feature set?

No

Did WebPT live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of WebPT go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy WebPT again?

Yes

I believe WebPT is very user-friendly, there are many steps to take to accomplish what we need sometimes. For clerical and clinical, the system is user-friendly. When things go wrong, they are not user-friendly to correct. The correction, even if a system issue, falls on the user to correct. Regarding Billing, the work done is good as long as not too time consuming. If the follow-up is time consuming the tendency is to pass back to us to work. And the zero paid remits are not worked in a timely manner. There is room for improvement in this area.
