Overall Satisfaction with Whereby
I oversee our Recruiting department and we currently use Whereby every now and then for conducting our virtual interviews with candidates if we're having difficulty with some of the other virtual resources that we use. It helps us with our interviews and being able to interview candidates who do not have a smartphone.
Pros
- It's very easy to join the meeting.
- You can customize links, which is great!
Cons
- There are sometimes connection issues.
- It'd be great if there were more add-ons or features you could use.
- It has made it possible for us to conduct interviews with candidates who do not have a smartphone.
- You're able to customize your link invites.
You're able to create unique links for people to join and use words and phrases in the link for the invite. I think that helps you with branding yourself as a company. On Google Hangouts we're not able to do something like this, which is why I appreciate Whereby and being able to connect in that way.
