Acquia DAM (Widen) at Compass - Charting DAM Success

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) as our Bid Content library where we store all our standard content, photography, and marketing collateral used by our Sales & Retention Community to create our tender/proposal documents and presentations. We also use Portals to create bespoke digital asset storage solutions for other parts of the Compass business. Before Acquia DAM (Widen), we faced challenges of storing content in a server-based library system that lacked version control, the ability to search and share assets easily, and was difficult to access if not on a Compass site. Acquia DAM (Widen) addresses these by providing a sophisticated way to store assets with detailed metadata that makes it easier for the end-user to find and use assets. It also helps us to create a single point of truth with enhanced security and version control, so that our users know what they can and cannot use.
