Overall Satisfaction with Widen

We are a young marketing team, but our company has over 60 years of history, so the assets were all over the place in multiple locations and with no easy way to search. Widen is revolutionizing our ability to access our assets and see what we have. We're still in the implementation phase but have great excitement for how we are going to use this.

  • ROI - this will take time to demonstrate but we truly believe the time saved in finding and sharing assets will be worth it
Implementing Workflow, implementing the WordPress plugin, etc.
Our implementation manager was AMAZING! I personally haven't relied on the support too much but our internal team is very happy with the support we've received.

Widen is great for brands and creative teams since it makes it so easy to find and share assets. We haven't started using the Wordpress plugin yet, but I can't wait to get that up and running to allow us to manage our website content through the DAM. We also need to set up our Workflow and I'm hoping that it will work into our process for project management and reviews seamlessly.
