Overall Satisfaction with Widen
We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to house many of our digital assets and disperse them throughout the company when necessary or requested.
Pros
- Uploading is an easy process.
- Tagging metadata is simple.
- Navigating the system as a whole is very understandable.
Cons
- On our side the resolution of images is cut when sent from a link.
- The homepage could be more efficient.
- I took over our DAM from previously just been a void of uploads, Acquia DAM (Widen) makes it easy to tag and search.
- I wish you were able to view more than 10,000 images, because we have more.
- I am happy with how easily i am able to download one or bulk images.
We plan on having a fully functional DAM system that allows individuals to be able to access current images from our team without the help of the asset manager.

AAcquia DAM (Widen) has an easier interface to understand and is more user-friendly/efficient.
