Overall Satisfaction with Widen
Using Widen moved our department from a bunch of random, barely-organized digital piles of images, to a powerful, searchable tool. Although our legacy system is still limping along on life support, it's honestly hard to remember the before times.

From my perspective, it seems to have reached its full potential with us. I'm honestly concerned about the recent acquisition, as those things never seem to go smoothly or well; speaking of ROI, M&A are all about squeezing more out of the customer (us).
It's used for print, electronic and social.
More fully-featured (and expensive) than Portfolio, less expensive than Canto (when we last looked at it).
