Overall Satisfaction with Widen

I use Acquia DAM (Widen) to house marketing materials such as digital imagery, POP assets, PDFs for our customers to leverage. It is convenient to create different themed portals which help keep organized.

I asked the Acquia DAM (Widen) customer support a question in the past, they answered quickly. Having a fast response is always appreciated.
This is not applicable to me.
I think the other products I use are different from Acquia DAM (Widen). Overall, I am happy with Acquia DAM (Widen).

When I want to launch a new product, I leverage Acquia DAM (Widen) and create a portal to house all marketing collateral on said product. From there, I share the link with the dealers so they can easily access those marketing materials.
