It works for Work

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to advertise content throughout the whole company. For training purposes, marketing, new hires, current employees, new information, and updating old information. It's a useful tool as getting content easier for people in the company. A couple of things I like about this site like the ease of use, it is relatively easy to find what you are looking for, and the subcategories meaning if you don't know a name of a particular file you can search for it with keywords, or by file type, etc. It seems secure to me meaning no ads or anything to with that. What I dislike about the website is mostly the look of it. It doesn't seem very appealing and seems outdated. It can use more color and can be brought to life more in my opinion I believe it can be more user-friendly with tabs and recommendations on how the software works. I use the upload option a lot and I feel it can be easier than just a drop-down menu. At the end of the day, I use it because it helps get information out to the company but I wouldn't recommend it for much else because it does seem like a work-focused type of tool.

This is brought a great help to marketing and tools to better inform new hires to our company which is a great internal investment to faster train employees
