I have had very little interface with the support team due to my level of involvement with the tool.
Acquia DAM (Widen) had the best product at the right investment and the best customer service.

In jusy twelve months, we’ve evolved our brand eco system opening up better cross channel alignment with our partners and creates more on brand opprintotoes for our internal teams to use the right stuff when they need it. A top notch tool that all organizations with lots of content should seriously consider in their tech stack.
