Overall Satisfaction with Wix
We use wix for quick website development. Its a front end program, so almost anyone can begin a layout using it.
- User interface is very user friendly
- Great examples and photo options
- Stock templates are avialable
- It would be nice to make my own ruler guides
- Graphics move very easily, locking an image would be very helpful
- It would also be nice to group certain images together, so they move together
- A clear understanding of our needs
- Better communication between designers and back end coders
- Budget friendly
WordPress is definitely a superior program in terms of getting exactly what you want and having design freedom and plugin options. But Wix is a quick and easy to use and doesn't require a programmer. Much cheaper to use and you can still achieve beautiful layouts. You are not obligated to use a stock site; though it does make it easier. You can still upload your own images.
