Overall Satisfaction with Wix

I use Wix, both personally and professionally. I manage my own website and my boss' site. Personally, it functions as an additional marketing tool alongside my Instagram and is an excellent source of income as well as with Wix's business tools and paywalls. Professionally, it extends my brand potential as a web developer and graphic designer.

I prefer Wix over Squarespace, but I find them to be quite similar. I know Wix recently just raised their prices above Squarespace, so that is one cause for concern for me in deciding whether or not I wish to stay on Wix long term. That said, I have more familiarity with Wix, and I prefer their templates and design UI.
I always recommend Wix over Squarespace though I always realize it's a personal preference thing, so I don't try to be too bias about my recommendation. I have experience with both but currently use Wix, and my boss does as well, so I have more familiarity with them. As such, I can highly recommend them as I know everything works, it's easy to use, the plans and pricing are competitive, and it's an excellent platform for business.

Using Wix

I find Wix very easy and convenient to use. And if I can't figure something out, their tutorials are always straightforward to find and very easy to follow and always help me when I'm stuck. The UI makes it very easy to find precisely what you wish to add to your site. It's super quick to change things around and see how they look and revert back if you don't like your new design choices. The mobile UI is clean and straightforward and gives an excellent display of what it's going to look like for everyone.

Yes - The mobile interface is straightforward to use. It's easy to hide elements that look good on desktop that just don't fit on a mobile layout. It's quick to change text sizes and image sizes to fit your chosen layout better. The mobile menu is simple and easy to set up. It provides a lot of functionality and many other tools to make your mobile layout even flashier and eye-catching.
