Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Workable was used across the entire organization, including HR, Hiring Managers and Executives. We used the tool to ensure our recruiting pipeline was streamlined so that we knew where each candidate was in the pipeline and what next steps we needed to take in order to ensure a positive candidate experience.

A streamlined pipeline means better candidate experience which can attract better candidates.
Ease of use was excellent which engaged those team members who used the tool.
User inbox was helpful to stay organized - which is key in Talent Acquisition.

Alternatives Considered

Greenhouse, Jobvite and LinkedIn Talent

Workable was an excellent tool for our start-up. It was cost effective but very user-friendly. It wasn't a difficult sell to ensure our hiring managers would utilize the tool, and I particularly liked the inbox feature to stay organized. I rated Workable very highly, though as our company grew exponentially, we did go in a different direction.

Likelihood to Recommend

We used Workable at a start-up which was extremely wise. We weren't hiring for 50 open requisitions, we were hiring usually for five or six requisitions at a time. The cost and functionality were so helpful that we used this platform up until we were growing exponentially. After our growth took off, it made sense to utilize a different tool (especially as expectations in measurements shifted).
