At HireVue, we use Workable across our entire organization as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Workable is where our team refers candidates and a place for hiring managers to manage their hiring process.
- Workable integrates well with Zapier to create automatic recruiting workflows.
- Workable is easy to use for hiring managers who are hiring for multiple roles.

- Workable could be more mobile friendly.

- Workable is an affordable solution to other highly configurable ATS solutions in the marketplace. It's easy to use interface makes it easy for hiring managers to hire top talent and therefore is a justifiable cost for our HR team.
- Workable is great for United States-based companies that hire internationally.
Workable is easy to configure and automate for our team. We initially tried Lever where we didn't have success. In a sea of ATSs, we like the price point and the results Workable delivers to our team.
