Overall Satisfaction with Workamajig

I work for a jewelry company and we use Workamajig as our main project management software. We share files, submit feedback and track progress using the tool. Recently, we've been exploring more of the tool's functionality and are using it to leave comments on digital designs, assign tasks to freelancers and integrate more of our other processes. The tool isn't without faults, but it serves our purposes.

Workamajig definitely isn't the prettiest among the project management tools I've used, nor does it have the friendliest UX/UI. But it does have some advantages when it comes to automating tasks in a schedule, automatically replacing versions of files with the same name and finding past projects. It's not my favorite tool, but I've experienced worse.

Workamajig is more ideal for smaller organizations, as I don't think it scales well and becomes confusing and unorganized the larger a company gets while using the tool. But for agencies and other smaller companies, it's a good/adequate project management tool and is worth consideration alongside other software options.
