Overall Satisfaction with Workday Cloud Platform

Workday is used across our organization for posting job opportunities, payslips, requesting and approving of PTO, and hiring.

Pros

  • Autopopulation of new hire resume into employee profile.
  • Ease of ability to request PTO.

Cons

  • Difficult to add vendor/contingent workers.
  • Slow load time.
  • Easier to pinpoint the proper employee within a department.
  • Centralized place to direct employees back to.

Workday is well-suited for large corporations who need a centralized process for PTO, payslip retrieval, and hiring. Small organizations would not benefit from Workday. The amount of time and money required to walk through the Workday onboarding steps would not be worth the return.

Workday Cloud Platform Support

I have not had any major technical issues with Workday that would require support. Any support can be handled internally. Slow load time is the main technical issue.
