Overall Satisfaction with Workelevate Digital Employee Experience Platform

Workelevate DEX platform was recently introduced in our organization, like 6-8 months back, claiming that it would reduce 50-60% of IT tickets that were repetitive in nature and consumed the huge amount of time of our IT admins and executives to look after. After 8 months it is very clear to us that it did stand onto its capabilities and has reduce the tickets by ~35% till date. Its smart IT Copilot has empowered our end-users to get self service facilities of IT request thus reducing the Ticket Dump, letting our IT Admins actually work on other endpoints related issues effectively.

Easy to use UEM Dashboard, IT copilots gets integrated with already exisiting Workspace - no need of rip and replace.
Integrates easily with our exisitng ITSM(Freshworks).
Evaluating all these platform were a ache due to tool sprawl.
