Workfront has changed the way our marketing team works. Upon preparing for implementation we discovered that there were many deliverable workflows that needed refining. Once refined we used the templates as a long tern solution which makes standing up new projects a breeze.
We implemented Workfront across our Marketing & Communications department and were solving for a lack of a project management tool. We are also planning on potentially rolling out their collaboration capabilities across our healthcare organization from a requestor standpoint. Workfront has been great so far and they continue to implement new features and revisit and improve existing ones.

Cons
- I was receiving too many email notifications but they realized that this was a common issue and were quick to resolve it.
- We've had an extremely positive ROI from using Workfront. We can handle a higher capacity of work because the work is streamlined in the system.
We looked at custom solutions, Basecamp and a few others before selecting Workfront. The end user ease of use was what sold us on Workfront.
We were able to get out of email land and actually meet with other team members to truly collaborate on work. Once other areas knew each team's process for completing work it became much easier to collaborate.
We used their consulting team for our initial implementation and our consultant was a huge help with our system setup.
