- Centralize projects in one solution

We used to use email for tracking approval status and comments. However, it is so difficult to track after even half a year, by using Workfront, it will put all related info into one place and we can record the approver's date and comments.
Pros
- all of the data is real time
- information and interactions are centralized
- app is easy to use
Cons
- hard to use text mode
- poor API documentation
- It does improve work efficiently
We use Workfront to improve the process and it can help everyone use the standard process instead of a mess.
We have not used it for external [collaboration] so far.
