Clear picture of the status of both internally developed products and resources allotment in every moment. Easiness in managing stakeholder/top management requests and changes with available data for time, costs and resource availability

Better user interface and way more flexible. It is possible to change many aspects of the reporting and landing pages even internally in the same company, depending on the working groups and needs, with great satisfaction among different people involved and with easy steps to be applied.
We benefitted in better managing internal collaboration with subsidiaries both in Europe and China. The unique system allowed us to better plan, share and modify in real time a lot of info and data to be shared among many different countries, without duplicating documents or overlapping them, so avoiding creating mismanagement of documentations.
