Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Our organization no longer uses Wrike. Initially our CFPC group was using Wrike as a project management tool; however, we have since transitioned to a project management tool that is more cohesive and detail oriented in terms of budget tracking, etc.

Pros

  • Easy login.

Cons

  • Wrike was initially very clunky to use.
  • Wrike could be more detail oriented and easier to use.
  • Help sections could be easier to find and follow.
  • I was not involved in the selection of Wrike, so have no knowledge in this area.
We no longer use Wrike, as it did not meet our needs in the long run.
A key question would be: Does Wrike do all that our organization needs it to do?

Using Wrike

Once you understand Wrike it's easier to navigate. However, if you are not computer savvy, it takes a long time to learn how to be a user of Wrike.

  • Searching for files/tasks/etc.
  • Moving files/archiving them.
