Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We currently use Wrike to manage all IT projects. Anyone sending an email to IT copies Wrike@wrike.com and then opens up their dashboard and assigns to IT and assigns followers of the project. It helps keep it and client services on deadline.
- It helps keep all followers of a certain project up to date on where the project is at.
- It helps flag the project when it becomes past due.
- It allows you to email directly from outlook so you can come back later and set up a task.
- The dashboard is a little hard to navigate.
- It has helped keep my stress level down having to manage the IT department that is short handed.
