Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used within our department which provides technical support to an entire division. We use the tool to manage one off requests larger projects that span months of time; as a way to organize notes from meetings and as a knowledge repository in general.
Wrike is a very intuitive tool for people who don't have a background in project management, and has improved efficiencies within our office and added a layer of transparency just among our team that has helped us all be more informed and better contributors to the organization. If someone is looking for a project management tool, I would highly recommend considering Wrike.

- As a manager, I have the ability to create my own dashboard which I've done to monitor work that is coming up in the next week, to easily see what is overdue and to track what we complete on a daily basis.
- We have used Wrike to manage communications in our organization which has allowed us to be very transparent as to where we are with every campaign and where sticking points may be.
- I would like to see Wrike allow you to add users to the system for the purpose of allocation. Currently you can add custom fields and create drop downs, but other tools out there like Gantt have the ability to put non users of the system into a contacts area and assign them as resources.
- Wrike has improved customer service
- Wrike has improved transparency
I think Wrike is just as competitive as other project management softwares.
