Wrike manages the work and pipeline for our entire company. It's a great tool for running our every day business.
- Great for project management even when you a huge number of projects.
- Easy to tell who is responsible for what.

- The sheer amount of customization is sometimes overwhelming.

Wrike is much more organized from the user level than Basecamp. Most of the time Basecamp ends up turning into a mess unless you have someone dedicated to using the tool and keeping it clean. Wrike makes things easy to manage and understand, plus it is easy to modify a given user's view so that they can work more comfortably in the tool.
