Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

There is always the problem of the little things falling through in any organisation, no matter the type of tasks or projects in which you complete.

With Wrike we are now able to easily assign, track and monitor our projects, with all tasks added and accountable for. No longer do we have to worry about little aspects falling through or being forgotten about, and with the easy layout any staff member can quickly read through the notes and tasks and be updated on where a project is at.
  • Allows tracking of individual tasks of a project.
  • Including emails as part of the tasks and project notes.
  • Collaboration with different users on one project.
  • Does not allow for time tracking / invoicing to a client.
  • Does not have a client portal access.
  • We have been able to reduce the time spent on administrating our day to day projects
  • We can easily allow access to a staff member on a per project basis. Our IT management has reduces significantly.
We used many project management software before Wrike, but by having it as an online solution we can work from home or at the office on work and easily add notes to help update other staff members.
Wrike is well suited for any organisation that is looking at tracking and monitoring their concurrent or ongoing projects.
