Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My team uses Wrike all day, every day. We have hundreds of projects and tasks, and we collaborate with outside users and clients to get things done efficiently. The Wrike team has been helpful when we need them, which is not very often. I like the logical folder-system set up, and honestly there is a lot of functionality that is there that we don't need yet. It's good to know it's there. I feel like Wrike has grown with us; they keep getting better and better.
There are many PMS options out there, and many of them are good. I'm glad we've found Wrike. It is the backbone of our productivity.

Pros

  • Task management
  • Project management
  • Project coordination
  • Client management

Cons

  • Add video conference calling.
  • Add automated customer service support system
  • Would not be able to operate without it
  • High ROI
  • Basecamp,LiquidPlanner
Wrike is more logical for us. The folder set up is intuitive and the team sharing is as well.
Businesses that are not reliant on systems may struggle regardless of what software they use. Also, businesses that rely heavily on mobile use may get frustrated.
