Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike to manage all of our clients' projects, internal projects, as well as future ideas. It is used by our web team, content team, social media team, marketing team, and creative team. We really like the functionality that the paid version gives us because it offers so much extra than the free. We thought we could get by, but paid version is significantly better.

Alternatives Considered

Asana, Basecamp, Harvest and Trello

Wrike is all of these in one, but better! It really is what everyone needs in terms of combining project management, with time tracking and clear to-do-lists. The only thing that Wrike is missing is the ability to have great Gantt charts. They have a Gantt chart option, but it isn't good yet.

Likelihood to Recommend

Wrike would be great for any team that works with clients. It is especially great for teams that have any of the following departments: web, content, social, marketing, creative, and design. The biggest determining factor of this project being a success for you or not is if you can afford it, because it is expensive. If you have the money, it's worth it.
