Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

To my knowledge, it's currently being used by our Communications department. It has allowed for quick, direct interactions regarding projects and scheduling. We use it for our daily tasks, like writing copy and delivering it to project managers and superiors. We also use Wrike to view quarterly budgets and planning.

Slack was not the best; it did not allow for easy, straightforward communication. Whereas in Wrike, there are not a million rooms that some individuals are not added to, making them late to the project or unaware of specific tasks that need to be completed. Wrike allows for easy project workflow.

I think it's really great for individuals who struggle to meet deadlines. I also enjoy the feature that allows you to exclude or include weekends. It's definitely well suited for communications and coding positions. It definitely does not replace communications that happen over email, so I do wish that the inbox feature resembled that a bit more, or had a way to link communications across platforms, just so that individuals don't miss certain tasks or memos.

I don't think we've had any glaring problems to my knowledge, just user information updates and communications between our team and Wrike has always been clear
